Happy New year guys!!! 2020 is special, as it not only marks the new year, but also new decade. 10 years passed by in a flash. New year leads to a lot of contemplating on how can we improve on things, how can work upon our goals. New year resonates a lot with the word “resolution”.

It does, doesn’t it. 

By my personal experience 80% of the people have resolution related to fitness. Hence, thought of sharing some insights about this. As you all know that for fitness all that I do is running and yoga. So, in this video I have shared about my learnings on running and yoga

I have covered about the pre-workout food; on how can you stop procrastinating and get into action and what are benefits of these exercises.
